Call for Abstracts

Submit your Abstract

May 25 - September 10, 2022 / Call for Abstracts

Authors are invited to submit abstracts relating to topics defined by the Cryogenics 2023 Programme Committee.
Submitted abstracts should be an overview of your proposed final paper.

  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • Your work should not be previously published elsewhere and is not currently under consideration for another publication.
  • All abstracts must be submitted online.
  • Maximum length: 250 - 300 words / max one A4 page
  • Accepted format: MS Word.doc or docx, and PDF
  • Don´t forget to indicate a topic and fill in all requested items.

An automatic confirmation of your abstract submission should come back to your e-mail almost by return.

If you don´t receive any confirmation e-mail after submitting your abstract, contact us by e-mail (romana@iccex.cz).

Send us your abstract, let us know if you prefer a lecture or a poster, and which topic is relevant.

Proceedings

The Conference Proceedings will be published in an electronic version and will be distributed to all registered participants. The accepted and published contributions will be indexed in Conference Proceedings Citation Index in the Web of Science database (Clarivate) or in the Scopus database (Elsevier).

Abstract submission

If you have already uploaded your abstract and if you need to submit a new version with corrections or changes, don´t upload this second version with the same title once again via on-line system, but send it directly to the Conference secretary by e-mail (Romana Kočová / romana@iccex.cz).

You should automatically receive a confirmation after your on-line uploading process. If not, your procedure has not been successful. Try it once again or contact the Conference secretariat.
