ONLINE Conference

• The conference will run on WEBEX platform. The basic information is available here.
• We recommend using a computer with the Chrome browser.
• Speakers who will share their presentation are asked to download the WEBEX application.

• For standard participants who will just watch and listen, just a link will suffice.
• We will share links for each day with all registered participants.

Lectures

• Oral presentations should be no more than 20 minutes long, incl. a dicsussion.
• Presentations must be in English.
• Prepare your presentation as a PowerPoint/PDF file.
• Be present in the online meeting room at least 15 min before your lecture.
• You can upload your presentation here below, and the chairman can share it instaed of you if necessary.
• Contact the organizer regarding a short WEBEX trial if you have not received an invitation to do it.

Poster Session & Competition

The 3 best posters will be selected by a professional jury and by voting of the participants.

Poster authors have two options for how to present their posters.

1) YouTube presentation

• Make a short video with your presentation.
• Maximum allowed length 2-3 minutes.
• Upload your video to YouTube (we recommend private visibility.
• Send us a link to your video – by September 27, 2021 at the latest (romana@iccex.cz).
• We will share this link with registered participants.

2) PDF presentation

• Prepare a 1-page PDF document with your poster contribution.
• The maximum allowed size is 2 MB - compress all pictures, photos, and charts for web browsing.
• Send us your document – by September 27, 2021 at the latest (romana@iccex.cz).
• We will publish your poster on the web page available for registered participants.
